What is TBM?

TBM is a free modification (mod) to the single and multi-player Lego-like brick building game Blockland. The TBM mod includes hundreds of different bricks for building, 98 different colors, IRC chat, and a variety of high-quality maps and models. Recommend TBM to your friends and come try The Better Mod for yourself!

TBM also has a deathmatch mod titled Death to Block (DTB) which expands on The Better Mod's extensive list of features and allows you to battle your friends online.

The latest update for TBM 2 is The Orange Block, a complete TBM pack with every add-on, map and mod (almost), and enough optimizations to make it even more mod-able. Not only does it have TBM and DTB, but it has Cemetech AI 3, 5 new fire and smoke particles, better weapons, and all of calc84maniac's mods, including his famous web-slinger, iGob scaler and turret switches. It also comes with a great help file so you can learn about all of the features.

This new version features over 70 weapons, some new community maps, enhanced exploding barrels, mountable chairs, and more. This version also includes a utility for porting over your old saves and prefs from an older Orange Block installation.

On December 25, 2008, I made a surprise release of The Orange Block (my mod of TBM) 1.8. This new version finally fixes the unstable Radius damage on bricks, and it even adds awesome chain-able exploding barrels. What the F*ck are you waiting for? Get it from the files section now!

Surprise! I've decided to patch up what I have so far and release it as The Orange Block 1.6. Sorry, the community add-on system has yet to be added. I still need to set the mod paths correctly, among other things. I have however added Emotes, balanced the shit out of the weapons, and added toggable blood and fall damage. I also included a bunch of saves left out of 1.5.
